- No upfront or advance payment is required. All payments are collected on arrival, in cash or via other available local payment methods.
- Upon successful booking, a confirmation will be sent with full details including pickup time and location.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.
3. Included & Excluded Activities
- Each tour includes only the activities listed on the specific tour’s page at xtremedeserttour.com.
- Activities such as quad biking, dune buggy rides, VIP seating, or other premium features are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the package details.
- Any activity requested outside the listed inclusions will be considered an add-on and charged separately on arrival.
We strongly recommend reviewing the details of your selected package before confirming your booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
By the Customer:
- You may cancel your booking at any time without penalty.
- We request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your tour, as a courtesy to our team.
- No-shows without notice may result in refusal of future bookings.
By Xtreme Desert Tour:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to weather conditions, vehicle issues, or operational constraints.
- If we must cancel, we will inform you as early as possible and offer to reschedule or cancel the tour without any charges.
5. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
- Full payment is due on arrival, before the tour begins.
- Prices may change at our discretion, but confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed rate.
- Additional charges apply for activities not included in your chosen package and must be paid at the time of service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By booking and participating in a tour, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete booking information.
- Arrive at the agreed pickup point on time.
- Follow all safety instructions and cooperate with guides and staff.
- Notify us of any medical issues, physical limitations, or special needs in advance.

7. Assumption of Risk
Desert safari tours and adventure activities involve physical movement and interaction with natural elements. By participating, you voluntarily accept all associated risks, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle movement over dunes and rough terrain
- Extreme temperatures and weather conditions
- Activities such as camel riding, sandboarding, and off-road driving
Xtreme Desert Tour will take all reasonable measures for safety, but we are not liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or accident
- Damage or loss of personal belongings
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors
8. Travel Insurance
While not required, we strongly recommend purchasing travel and health insurance to cover potential risks, including:
