Ask a questionThe evening safari is about 6 hours: pickup around 2:30 PM, back at your hotel between 8:30 and 9:00 PM. The morning safari runs about 3 hours starting at 9:00 AM, and the overnight trip leaves at 2:30 PM and returns after breakfast the next morning around 9:00 AM.
Every package except the 75 AED Standard Evening safari includes private pickup and drop-off from your Abu Dhabi location. The standard package uses shared buses from agreed meeting points — we send you the closest one with your confirmation.
Yes. Children above 3 can join dune bashing and we switch to a softer driving style for families — no steep drops, slower crests. Kids get front seats, camel rides are led by handlers at walking pace, and sand boards come in small sizes. Under-3s ride free.
BBQ buffet dinner with halal veg and non-veg grills, unlimited soft drinks, Arabic coffee and dates, shisha area, henna for ladies and kids, free use of Arabic costumes for photos, plus the tanura dance, fire show and belly dance performances. VIP and Quad & VIP guests sit in a separate majlis area with dinner served at the table.
Usually yes — message us before 12:00 PM and we can almost always place you on the same evening, subject to seats. Late requests work for private and buggy trips because we can dispatch a dedicated vehicle.
You pay the driver on the day — cash or card, your choice. There is no deposit and no booking fee. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that we ask for 50% to cover the vehicle, and no-shows are charged in full.
Light, comfortable clothes and closed shoes for sand boarding; sunglasses and sunscreen. From November to March the desert cools quickly after sunset, so bring a light jacket. Costumes are provided at camp for photos, so you do not need to pack anything special.
All meat is 100% halal. The buffet always has a solid vegetarian side (grilled halloumi, falafel, hummus, salads, fruit, desserts), and we can prepare a fully vegetarian or nut-free table if you tell us in the booking notes.
